meeting 4 March 2009
7 p.m., Old Lyme town hall
in attendance: Ted Crosby, Michael Sullivan, Tom Sherer, Ellie Czarnowski
We discussed the Gaudio plans. Tom questioned if the solar panels will be mounted. There is a question about runoff, how much and where will it be directed. Concern over the large amount of paved driveway.
Conservation Easement Policy from the Open Space Committee was discussed. Ellie questioned where and how the data will be stored and managed. Ted implied it will be input to the GIS system.
We began discussion of Diana’s email regarding our minutes and their content. This discussion will be continued at the next meeting since members were absent. It was noted that care should be taken when mentioning people and property by name.
